They are two 3 week training camps
Will run Tuesday’s and Thursday’s
$90 each camp
Ages 8-12 will be from 4:30-5:30pm
Ages 13-15 will be from 5:30-6:30pm

Walking has many benefits to your health. Here are a few:

* The effects of weight promoting genes were cut in half by walking briskly an hour a day.
* 15 minutes of walking can reduce sugar cravings.
* Reduces risk of breast cancer. Women who walked 7 or more hours a week had 14% lower risk of breast cancer.
* Helps joint pain.
* Walking 5-6 miles a week can prevent arthritis from forming.
* Helps increase immune function. Walking for a minimum of 20 minutes a day for 5 days people had 43% fewer sick days.
