45-minute, skill specific training session focused entirely on one tumbling skill. Athletes will work drills, technique, and progressions to improve and perfect that skill only. Must have the prerequisite requirement for each skill.

Only 10 spots in each class!! Register now to hold your spot!! (Pay in cash at the gym). Open to everyone- do not need to be a member of the gym.

FLYER EVALUATIONS!!
If your child is wanting to be evaluated for a flyer spot, they’ll need to know this little flyer evaluation. They’ll also need to show all body positions (some on the stunt stand), so be sure they’re practicing those.
