Five years ago, we opened &Fitness with a simple intention: to create a space where people felt supported, challenged, and truly seen. Today, with full hearts, we are sharing that this chapter is coming to an end. Our last classes will be on Sunday, November 30th.

It is impossible to sum up what this community has meant to us. You turned a fitness studio into something so much bigger... a place to meet new and old friends, to grow as a person, and to celebrate countless personal victories.

Being part of your journey has been one of the greatest privileges of our lives.

Thank you for every class, every ounce of effort, and every bit of trust you have placed in us. Thank you for showing up not just for &Fitness, but for yourselves and each other.

Although this chapter is coming to a close, the impact of this community will stay with us forever.
