Iron Antler Fitness is a functional fitness facility that brings together athletes and individuals in the common pursuit of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. We perform constantly varied, functional movements at a high intensity, all done in a supportive group environment. No matter your age or level of ability, our fitness program is designed to be scaled to allow the average individual to perform

side by side with the advanced athlete. We are a community that supports and motivates one another to reach new fitness goals and set new standards for ourselves each and every day. We achieve incredible results that just aren’t attainable in an average gym or health club.
