Tomorrow we kick off Phase 5—and it’s all about building strength the right way.
You’ll see brand new workouts focused on dialing in your form, moving with control, and getting stronger where it matters most. Think supported pull-ups, smooth and controlled rows, and squats that build power from the ground up. We’ll also be working on softer, more athletic landings with our box jumps to keep you moving safely and confidently.
This phase puts extra attention on your posterior chain and core, helping you move better, feel stronger, and get more out of every workout. And as the weeks go on, we’ll gradually turn things up—adding weight, increasing intensity, and introducing some fun contrast training (like pairing heavy squats with explosive jumps).
Whether you’re brand new or a regular in the studio, this is a great time to jump in, learn the movements, and start seeing real progress.
