Wishing everyone a safe and Happy New Year! Also praying 2023 brings us all many blessings 🙏Also want to take this opportunity to again thank all of our Jinen Kai Families, Senpai’s and Sensei for all your support ❤️

As always the close of a year brings time of reflection and I can honestly say I am grateful for the lessons.... This year we had extreme highs and extreme lows… What I’ve learned is while I’m just as anxious as everyone else to turn the page..... We can not forget that if you woke up this morning it is the perfect time to get started on whatever it is you dream of.....The only date you need to focus on is today... ........It’s a blessing and do what you can to make the best of it ❤️

It’s been a blessed year and I can honestly say it’s because of the efforts of the Jinen Kai family! It is an honor and blessing to be your Sensei 🙏I’m humbled and grateful for your Loyalty and dedication. I’m focused on helping you achieve your goals on and off the tatami. I’m sure 2023 will present its fair share challenge but we will be ready to face them together 💪ONWARDS and UPWARDS 👊
