🐉 USAPL Omni: Path of the Dragon Recaps 🐉

liftss first meet down and securing a solid 8/9 day. She’s already got her sights set on another one in November!

solid 9/9 day and adding 25kg to his meet total. Chris did what he came there for. He can now change his Instagram name!

Billy had a solid 8/9 day and is officially locked back in with his training. Next comp will be massive for him!
kevs this was Kevin’s first meet under us and first USAPL meet. Bro smoked the day with a 9/9 at RPE 7. Excited for what’s to come for him!
jxsh added 30kg to his total and secured a 9/9 on the day. Not only that, he also claimed the California state record for bench press in the Teen III category. Bros a beast and he’s just a teen!

Coach Athletes

added 25kg to his total from last comp and had some near misses on his 3rd attempts. Frank keeps getting stronger and stronger every time he steps on the platform. Excited for the next one!

added 80kg to his total since his last meet and had a perfect 9/9 day. Excited to see his growth for the next one!

added 52.5kg to his total since his last meet and had a crazy 8/9 day. Can’t wait to see his next set of emotes!

added 30kg to his total since his last meet. 8/9 day and continues to keep leveling up. We’ll see what the next meet holds!

added 15kg to his total since his last meet and narrowly missed his 3rds which were huge PR attempts. Chris keeps improving and I’m excited to see where he will be in the next comp.

‼️ GYM CLOSURE ‼️

Attention all members!

The gym will be closed on the following days/times :

5/8

The gym will be closed at 1 pm to allow enough time to setup for Omni: Path of the Dragon. Early check ins for the meet will still be from 5 pm - 7 pm. *You cannot weigh in early*

5/9

The whole day will be closed for the event and after completion of the event the gym will be reorganized. Estimated reopen around 9 pm!

🔥 MEET DAY INFO + SCHEDULE 🔥

With USAPL Omni: Path of the Dragon around the corner it’s time to release some of the details of the event!

Saturday (5/9) will have a total of 2 sessions

Session 1: Weigh-in/check in starts at 7am, lifting will start at 9am.
Session 2: Weigh-in/check in starts at 12pm, lifting will start at 2pm.

We will be doing early equipment checks on Friday 5/8 from 5 pm - 7pm (YOU CANNOT WEIGH IN ON THIS DAY)

A couple things to note about the day:
1) Everyone besides CURRENT OMNI MEMBERS must purchase a spectator pass to view the event. It’s either $20 PER session or $30 for both sessions

2) A Coach/Media pass must be purchased to be in the back room. If you do not have an athlete lanyard or the badge provided for the pass you will be asked to leave the warmup room.

3) For SPECTATORS park in the FRONT of the gym. For LIFTERS Please Park in the FRONT of the gym for SESSION 1. SESSION 2 LIFTERS meet behind the gym at the garage door (email will be sent this weekend with directions so be on the lookout for that!)

4) WADAYA will be offering anyone with a spectator band, athlete badge, or coach/media pass 20% off all entrée’s!
Hours are listed on the last slide.

5) Media will be handled by .creative and there is a link for photo and video in our bio.
