CrossFit Brea Endurance CrossFit Brea Endurance CrossFit Brea Endurance is a training program dedicated to improving your performance, fitness and endurance.

Our passion is endurance sports and we incorporate the same CrossFit Brea strength training fundamentals of being constantly varied and focuses on eliminating unnecessary long slow volume of training by increasing intensity. Long slow duration workouts result in athletes being less powerful, less lean and more prone to injury. CrossFit Brea Endurance will make you faster, leaner and increase your

power. We meet on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings in different locations each week around North Orange County to perform single and multisport workouts. Our workout times range between one and two hours. We inspire, coach and provide our members with aggressive proven fundamentals of sports science, exercise physiology, nutrition and athletic training protocols. If you would like to train for a marathon, triathlon, open water swim or just improve you overall cardio fitness we can get you there! Workouts include swimming in the pool or ocean, cycling on or off road and running trails, hills and stadiums.
