💪 BACK DAY absolutely humbled me today 😅

There’s something about training your back that reminds you how important the basics are. Everyone wants the sexy exercises, but building a strong back takes patience, consistency, and a whole lot of rows.

This week reminded me that progress isn’t always about adding more weight. Sometimes it’s about slowing down, controlling every rep, feeling the muscles actually work, and leaving your ego at the door. The strongest athletes know the difference between training hard and training smart.

Back training isn’t just about aesthetics either. A strong back improves posture, supports your core, helps prevent injuries, and carries over into literally everything, from lifting your kids to crushing your workouts.

Currently testing a new program for my app and this back day was 🔥. Strength, endurance, grip, and a little mental toughness all rolled into one session.

I walked away sweaty, tired, and already looking forward to doing it again next week.

💪 Comment BACK and I’ll send you a free week of workouts to help you build strength and confidence in the gym.

Now go move your body today. ❤️

What an awesome morning! ☀️💪

We had so much fun yesterday working on our Summer Mom Bod and celebrating what it means to move our bodies through every chapter of motherhood and womanhood.

The energy in the room was incredible. We were surrounded by strong women in all different seasons of life, showing up for themselves and each other. We moved through strength, HIIT, Pilates, and core, and ended the day with the most beautiful and restorative sound bath led by .

Thank you to every single person who came out, supported, sweated, laughed, and helped create such a special atmosphere. I’m truly hoping this is just the beginning of something BIG. 🤍

A huge thank you to for hosting us and opening your doors to this amazing community. And to all of our phenomenal vendors; , and , thank you for sharing your time, knowledge, and passion with these women. I am so grateful for each of you.

And finally, to my phenomenal husband; thank you for always believing in my wild ideas, supporting every dream, jumping in wherever needed, and reminding me that the crazy ideas are often the ones worth chasing. I couldn’t do this without you.

My heart is so full. Here’s to building a community where women feel strong, supported, and empowered, exactly as they are. ❤️✨

was born from every person who told me, “Good luck once you have a baby. You’ll never have time again.”

Five weeks after having Kobi, I wanted to move my body. I wanted to feel strong again. I wanted connection. So a few friends and I met outside during a pandemic, bundled up in the winter, babies nearby, doing what we could with what we had.

What started as a few moms working out together turned into something so much bigger.

It became a place where women could show up exactly as they are.

The woman trying to conceive.
The mom navigating her first trimester.
The one in the thick of sleepless nights and postpartum healing.
The mom chasing toddlers.
The woman rediscovering herself after years of putting everyone else first.
The one learning how to care for herself as she sends her babies off to college.

Because motherhood isn’t one season. Womanhood isn’t one season.

Strong as a Mother became a space where we share our stories, learn how to move our bodies through every chapter of life, celebrate the wins, hold each other through the hard moments, and remind one another that we were never meant to do this alone.

And to all the people who said it wouldn’t be possible thank you.

You gave me the spark.

Women don’t need luck. We create opportunities. We adapt. We rebuild. We rise. We take every challenge thrown our way and turn it into something bigger than ourselves.

Women are warriors.

And this community? It is proof of that.

This is Strong as a Mother. 🤍

Sometimes I think social media has convinced us that workouts need to be flashy, complicated, and leave you crawling out of the gym to actually “count.”

The truth? Results are built on the basics.

You don’t need to memorize 25 exercises, balance on one leg while juggling kettlebells, or spend hours wondering if you’re doing enough. You need movements that you can do consistently, progressively, and with good form.

Squats. Lunges. Presses. Curls. Core work. The things that may look “boring” on Instagram are often the exact movements that build strength, confidence, muscle, and longevity.

If you’re walking into the gym feeling overwhelmed and wondering where to start, let this be your reminder: simple works.

These landmine exercises are beginner-friendly, effective, and proof that getting stronger doesn’t have to be complicated. Master the basics first. The fancy stuff can wait.

Because the women who see results aren’t the ones doing the most complicated workouts. They’re the ones who keep showing up and doing the fundamentals over and over again. 🤍

Save this for your next gym session and send it to a friend who needs the reminder that simple is enough.

what can I say about how special this boy is. Three years ago today, a true angel was born. He is calm, kind, caring, so intelligent honestly, I could go on for days. To know him is to love him.

Watching you grow has been one of the greatest honors of my life, buddy. I always joke that you’re a “gotcha” baby because you make people want 100 more babies… but “gotcha,” they might not all come out as sweet and easygoing as you 😂

Thank you for picking me as your mama, my love bug. You made our world softer, calmer, and fuller in every possible way. Happy 3rd birthday, Makai. Mommy loves you beyond words.

There’s such a stigma around pregnancy and movement but how are we supposed to parent while 38 weeks pregnant with a 2.5-year-old? No carrying them? No lifting them out of their crib? No movement at all?

Every pregnancy and every woman is so different, and I think it’s important to share all sides of the journey.

Three years ago today, this was me on the day I delivered Kai. I had this feeling all morning that I was going to end up at the hospital that day you just kind of know sometimes lol. But my body craved movement, and I knew it could be a while before I touched weights again.

So I got in a full workout, dropped Kobi off at her last day of school, and headed to my OB appointment… only to be told I needed to go straight to the hospital because I was already 5 cm dilated and actively having contractions. 😂

What a wild, emotional, beautiful day it was. And honestly, I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Where do I even begin with these two ladies?

This reel could never fully explain the amount of time, effort, discipline, consistency, and heart they have poured into themselves over the last two years. I’ve had the absolute honor of watching them transform physically, mentally, emotionally through postpartum, through motherhood, through life while learning that taking care of yourself does not mean taking away from your family.

I watched them choose themselves over and over again. Show up on the hard days. Push through the self-doubt. Build confidence. Build strength. And prove to themselves that they are capable of doing really hard things.

After my first Hyrox, Vanessa said, “That would be cool to do someday.” And I immediately said, “Yeah… you can do it.” What started as a conversation in the gym slowly became reality through countless workouts, sweat, early mornings, tired legs, and commitment.

And now? They crossed that finish line knowing they earned every single second of it.

I am beyond proud of these two women. Beyond proud. I only wish I could’ve been there screaming and cheering them on in person but they already know how deeply proud I am of them and everything they’ve accomplished.

This is what happens when women stop waiting for the “perfect time” and decide they are worth showing up for. 🤍

There’s something really powerful about moms walking into a room and choosing themselves for one hour.

Not for errands.
Not to fold laundry in peace.
Not for a “break” that still revolves around everyone else.

An hour to move.
To breathe.
To feel strong again.
To reconnect with the version of themselves that exists outside of being needed every second of the day.

And if bringing your baby is the only way you can make that happen? Then bring the baby. 🤍

That’s exactly why I created this space. No pressure to “bounce back.” No judgment if your child needs you mid-set. Just real moms getting stronger together mentally and physically.

Fun fact: studies show moms who exercise regularly report lower stress levels, improved mood, and increased confidence in motherhood. And when children grow up seeing movement normalized, they’re more likely to develop healthy relationships with exercise too. 💪🏼

How is it possible that the little babies we once carried are already graduating Pre-K and heading off to kindergarten? 🥹✨

Watching her grow into such a smart, kind, confident, funny, and beautiful little girl has been the greatest privilege of our lives. It feels like just yesterday we were bringing her home, and now she’s stepping into this huge new chapter.

To our sweet girl never lose your confidence, your creativity, your kindness, or that bright smile that lights up every room you walk into. We are beyond proud of you and everything you are becoming.

Kindergarten, here she comes 💕🎓
