A memorial workout will be held on May 15th in honor of Jeremy Eggers. Jeremy was instrumental in building our building and was a dear friend to Lisa and her family. He was an unforgettable soul who loved and lived bigger than life, always reminding us to ‘have a sparkling day.’ He would be proud if the community we have created at 4RCF.

Russ and his wife Andrea have been part of our gym family for 8+ years. This dynamic duo truly understands what it means to train for complete fitness—strength, endurance, and longevity.

You’ll usually find them crushing partner workouts on Saturdays or off adventuring to spend time with family (especially those grandkids).

We’re incredibly lucky to have Russ on our coaching staff—his depth of knowledge, experience, and steady presence brings so much value to our community.
