First class right before the long Labor Day weekend! Kick the holiday weekend off with a heart-pumping, fun cardio fusion class! We'll be dancing, aerobicing, squatting, jumping, shimmying, and burning calories!

We have free weights, lots of equipment, classes, tanning, child care, cardio theater, personal training, group training, and more. stop in for a tour.
