Tuesday, the 12th, I had a cardiac ablation. The bleeding from the catheter site couldn't be stopped, but it was fortunate because they discovered the procedure wasn't effective. I was scheduled for a cardiac reversal on Thursday to restore my heart's normal rhythm. My cardiologist informed me that I'll need to stay hospitalized for 5 to 6 more days for observation and to have some drugs discontinued. Then, I'll stay for a couple of days to monitor the new medications' effects.
