Each and every one of us has the ability to find inner clarity — but, we often get stuck in the mind. That’s the beauty of working with the third eye. We get to play within our imagination, our inner visualization, without needing to pose meaning or weight on anything that comes up. Creating this spaciousness to ‘play’ is profound and often what breaks through is an inner knowing so crystal clear that’s been simply waiting for you to turn off your logical “achievement” brain*** to access it.

***Dr Lisa Miller’s research describes the achievement brain being the goal-oriented ego vs the awakened brain that is a state of spiritual awareness

Let’s breathe together Saturday, June 13 6pm at the — no experience required. ***one workshop prerequisite before our last stop along the energetic system when we move into the crown next month.

Take a moment to pause and notice how many times throughout the day you “should” on yourself.

I should eat differently.
I should work harder.
I should relax more.
I should journal.
I should ______ ( what’s yours? )

Every time we “should” on ourselves, we are telling our body that we are not OK with the current reality. This is a sneaky way that nervous system deregulation imbeds deeply into our subconscious. This is where on paper it can look like we are doing everything right, but if this internal dialog continually repeats “I’m not ok with what is”… we’ll never fully feel and experience the Wholeness that we already are.

That’s not to say choosing healthier habits isn’t a great endeavor— but what I’m saying is that we need to uncover where it’s coming from.

What are its roots?

Guilt? Shame? Fear?

or— Love?

Taking a holistic approach in sport, career and life allows us to become more aware of where we are getting in the way of our own Wholeness… and provides supportive pathways back to ourselves.

Radical in a world that likes to tell us what we need to bio hack or over intellectualize into some form of optimization.

So, what a beautiful form of radical rebellion to come back to Love as the foundation for all we do.

Life is simply a series of transitions: the different phases of aging, careers, relationships, creating a family, and losing a loved one. Each one demands and deserves support and care, but many of us are left navigating on our own… to only never get to the root of what makes us feel stuck while in the messy middles.

One thing I’ve been gifted is a very strong sense of self and inner knowing. When my outer and inner world start speaking to me that there’s static, I listen.

What I’ve come to study and support is how, when many of us get stuck in trusting this inner knowing, this stalling can be blocked by three main fears: the fear of going against societal norms, the fear of disappointing friends and family, and everyone’s favorite, the fear of abandoning a false identity of self. One that we may have created a lifetime of safety and security around, thinking that’s what we need to feel purpose, safety, and love.

Dissecting these three blocks takes time, courage, and vulnerability.

One thing I want to offer is a reframe when we identify these fears. Fears aren’t there to push through or allow the power to stop us altogether, but they are simply there as information. They are there to build awareness of what we need to bring along with us as we transition and work with them until they can fully integrate and eventually dissolve.

This doesn’t happen overnight. These fears like to show up in so many different, sneaky forms, but with awareness and tools to help build our capacity to hold them, they very well can and will eventually dissolve.

Sharing the very first moment with my own set of crystal bowls— I’m so excited to welcome these healing frequencies into my home and practice.

I hope you can find a quiet place to sit and receive a few minutes here for yourself. 🤍

The quickest way to get out of the mind is to get into the body... but there’s a catch.

Most of us are meeting “doing” with “doing,” leaving us in a loop that eventually leads to burnout.

If you’re lacing up your shoes or swinging a leg over the bike just to escape a spinning mind—only to find that you need more miles and more intensity just to feel the same calm—this one is for you.

We talk a lot about physical and mental health, but what about the Emotional and Spiritual quadrants? I’m diving into why “doing” more won’t fix a “being” problem, and the simple tool I use to find a moment of Awe in every ride.

Hint: It’s worth way more than 30g of protein. ;)

What a gift to get to gather, connect and reflect— something that as athletes, we can easily overlook or brush to the side as a crucial part of our health and wellbeing— for both performance and day to day life, because they are one in the same.

When we come together, take a moment to pause, let in something that we are proud of, bask in all those positive feelings before going into the laundry list of all of the things we want to improve upon… and then share and mirror back to someone we’ve just met?!

Well, that’s when the magic happens.

Science and western psychology can explain it, but it’s truly something to be felt.

Thank you for the support of me along to talk to racers after they checked the box of a huge goal completing — for for the space from the rain, for the fuel, for capturing the moments and for each athlete who showed up to learn something new.

I loved every moment and hope between Piney and I, that you felt us shining your light right back at you and all your efforts that never go unseen.

There’s a tendency, especially as athletes and achievement-driven beings, to constantly scan for where we can do more—what needs to change, be fixed, solved, or improved.

We get very comfortable in the physical body and often trapped in the control of the mental body—the part that tells us we are both too much and not enough, and drives the nervous system to keep us safe… whether that’s working harder, running from our goals, or shutting down.

The hardest thing for many of us to grasp is that we often need to do less in order to create change and sustainable fulfillment.

Let It Be Easy.

When we see the body as a holistic self—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—each part holds a charge, always working toward harmony.

But when we constantly push the physical body and stay stuck in the mind, we throw off the balance of the whole system.

So we take a step back.
We connect with all parts of ourselves.
We learn how to work—and how to rest—each part.
We learn how to Let It Be Easy 🌱

This is where we find the hidden tension.
This is where we soften into more ease.

In a world that asks for more, this is a radical form of self love.

Let It Be Easy.

Micro moments of ease—dropping the shoulders, repeating a mantra, allowing emotions without a timeline… and staying connected to a little magic, a little mystery.

Reflecting on the past seven years of this work, deep bows to a mentor I’ve stayed rooted with —wild, uprooting, uncomfortable at times… and still, I’m so grateful I stayed rooted in it… reminding myself to Let It Be Easy 🤍

I am constantly invited to pause when that little “emergency light” goes off in me—
reminding me how little I know… and how little actually matters in the grand scheme of life.

The list feels long these days.

With the rise of data, hyper-vigilance…
this almost robotic approach to our days, hours, minutes—
the moments we are gifted.

The constant checking:
What’s good or bad?
What did I do wrong?
How can I improve?

Running in circles… only to remember—
we have the power within to release the pressure valve.

To come back to the breath.
To return to the present moment.
To what matters most.

This is where I come back to the heart—
the great balancer,
the bridge between the physical and the spiritual.

In that space, I find clarity.
Where I’m holding.
What’s asking for forgiveness… so I can soften.

And how simple the path becomes
when the mind quiets its grip.

But that clarity only comes
when I feel safe enough to slow down.

When I remember…
nothing is chasing me.

So simple… but—

…it takes presence.
It takes practice.
It takes support
to release the grip of the mind
and drop into the heart.

The mind tries— it spins.
The heart knows— it receives.

The heart says…
you are safe
you are loved
you are whole

nothing to fix
nothing to prove

And this isn’t passive—
it’s balanced.

Effort can still exist,
but now it flows from the heart.

This is where we transmute pain into compassion.
Where rejection becomes redirection.
Where we shift from “me” to “we.”

A space of being.

This is the space we’ll explore together
in the next Conscious Breathwork session
at The Vitality Collective.

I love your questions—so don’t hold back.

Okurrrr… Did anyone else get a little ahead of themselves last month? Turns out, I did!

I’ve recently been coming back to my breath pause… reassess… and realign…

In that time, I’m THRILLED to share this updated April schedule of offerings.

Come practice together throughout the valley at as well as the comforts of your own home… as I bring back a donation based online Saturday morning practice via Zoooooooom.

These shifts and changes are rooted in what I believe in most… and that’s community, connection and accessibility… while being mindful of how full I fill my plate.

You can find all offerings in one place on my website. I can’t wait to sit, breathe and restore with you over the weeks ahead.
