🌊 WE’RE BACK! THE RIVER IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! 🌊

Today is a day we’ve been looking forward to, and we’re beyond excited to share that the river is officially OPEN! We are thrilled to once again offer river shuttles, rentals, and horseback rides, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back.

Before we celebrate, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible firefighters, first responders, incident management teams, and everyone who worked tirelessly to protect our communities, public lands, and the people who call this place home. Their dedication, long hours, and selfless service made it possible for us to safely return to doing what we love. We are deeply grateful for the sacrifices they made and the commitment they showed throughout this fire.

To our amazing customers, friends, neighbors, and community—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️ Your patience, encouragement, kind messages, and unwavering support during the closure meant everything to us. Every share, every phone call, every booking you postponed instead of canceling, and every word of encouragement reminded us how lucky we are to be part of such an incredible community.

🚣 Need to retrieve your raft from the river? We’ve got you covered.
If you’ve had to evacuate and your personal raft is still on the river, Rimrock Adventures is offering raft pickup and retrieval services 7/6-7/7 to help get your boat back safely ($200 per boat)
Our experienced guides know the river and can take the stress out of recovering your equipment during this difficult time.

A quick update from Rimrock Adventures: We’re still here for you💙

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the nearby wildfires, and again, we’re incredibly grateful for all of the firefighters and first responders working tirelessly to protect our communities.

While some of our operations have been temporarily affected, we will be accepting reservations for future trips, and to make planning a little easier, we’re waiving all cancellation fees if plans need to change due to the fires.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out, checked in, and continued to support our small business during this time. We can’t wait to get back on the water with you when conditions allow. ❤️

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the wildfire near the Utah-Colorado state line, especially the families, firefighters, first responders, and all those working tirelessly to protect our communities.

Due to the ongoing fire and resulting closures, all guided rafting trips through Ruby-Horsethief Canyon/Blue Heron and horseback rides are suspended until further notice. These are heartbreaking circumstances that have impacted not only our business, but our entire community.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of three firefighters who gave their lives in the line of duty. Their courage and sacrifice will not be forgotten.

At this time, we have no clear timeline for when operations will resume. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we navigate this incredibly difficult situation. We will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
