We took the whole family to Denver this past weekend to compete at the Fight 2 Win tournament!

Shilo's hard work over the past year paid off and she won🥇 her division! She's done a handful of tournaments, including this very one last year and hadn't won a single match yet, let alone her division. We are incredibly proud of her for sticking with it, trusting the process and seeing this to fruition!

Coach James also had a great showing, winning 2 of his 3 matches to take home silver 🥈🙌

Coach Kiele and Z lost their 2 matches, but there is so much to learn in those losses!

Competition is tough and provides incredible lessons both on and off the mat. Thank you to our training partners at and we couldn't do any of this without you!

I can't find the words to properly express how grateful I am for this opportunity and my teammates' support, and how much fun I had. I felt so alive on that stage, and felt I put on a good show for my first pro fight (which you can watch on Flograppling!) despite the mistakes I made. This is the first of hopefully many.
