2. A Working Farm: Home to horses, miniature horses, and donkeys.
3. A Research Center: Housing a world-class, 42,000-volume private library.

We are seeking a Solid and Methodical Innkeeper to anchor this environment. This role is designed for a get-it-done professional who understands that a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, a meticulously cleaned room, or a well-coordinated farm tour isn't just a chore—it is the stable foundation upon which a guest can achieve a higher state of consciousness. Core Responsibilities & The Daily Rhythm
A. The Art of the Welcome & Integrated Coordination
Purposeful Presence: You are the primary face of MQI. You are someone who truly enjoys talking to people—listening with the intent to understand and recognizing that every guest is on a unique journey.
2. The Guided Journey: You provide property tours that bridge our diverse worlds—from the high-intellect atmosphere of the research library to the grounded energy of the farm.
3. Personalization: You ensure guests feel deeply cared for from arrival to departure, removing the friction of daily life so they can focus entirely on their own personal growth.
B. Orderly Operations
1. Checklist Mastery: Consciousness requires structural stability. You will follow a detailed daily checklist (Morning, Mid-Day, and Evening) to ensure the Inn operates like clockwork.
2. Administrative Precision: You handle the vital repetitions: responding to emails, updating the reservation calendar, processing payments, and answering calls with a smile.
3. You take pride in what you do: You are the ultimate guarantor of cleanliness and excellence. You conduct the final walk-through of all rooms and common areas. You maintain the daily high-vibration cleanliness of the Inn, Library, and Farm House.
C. Food & Beverage: Coordinated Nourishment
Collaborative Culinary Ex*****on: While your primary focus is hospitality management and operations, you will work in close coordination with our culinary/kitchen team to facilitate guest meals.
Breakfast & Refreshment Support: The cook will be preparing made-to-order breakfast every morning, you need to ensure tables are sanitized, and the pantry is meticulously organized and everything is cleaned up after breakfast.
Dinner Coordination: You will review dinner orders taken at the time of reservation, liaising with the team to ensure these meals are prepared and delivered with care to nourish our guests during their stay.
Afternoon Refreshments: You set out tea and refreshments, creating an inviting space for guests to reflect on their time spent in the library or out on the farm.
D. Safety, Security & The Quiet Zone
The Power of Silence: Located in the National Radio Quiet Zone, we value the absence of digital noise. You will help guests transition into this state of disconnected consciousness, instructing them on designated Wi-Fi areas and the use of ethernet cables in their rooms to maintain a peaceful, safe sanctuary.
