Today is a great day to try something new!

We’re so excited to be offering Pilates classes this summer with Miss Izzy, starting TONIGHT! Bring a mat if you have one - we have a limited amount.

Izzy is a certified beginner mat Pilates teacher through Lani Pelino, owner of Mind2Body in Los Angeles, California. These low-impact classes are designed for EVERY body - young or old, beginner or experienced!

Pilates is amazing for:
✔️ Deep core strength
✔️ Spinal mobility
✔️ Flexibility & posture
✔️ Body awareness & control

Classes will be available 5:30-6:30 PM on Thursdays, June 4th-July 23rd (excluding June 25th).

$15 drop-in class fee or $50 for a 7-class punch card.

Come move with us this summer and give your body the care it deserves! Email or message us to sign up.

Performance attire:
✔️ Recital shirt
✔️ Any shorts
✔️ Tennis shoes

The camp is $25, but $45 if you need a recital shirt.

This is the perfect chance to dance, perform, and be part of the community fun!
