📣 HALF-YEAR TEAM SIGN UPS ARE OPEN!

Want to experience All Star Cheer without the full-year commitment? Our Half-Year Team is the perfect way to get started!

This team is designed for Senior-age athletes with birthdays between 6/1/2007–12/31/2015 and is a great fit for athletes looking to build their skills and experience the competitive side of All Star Cheer.

Our Half-Year athletes will train once a week from September–March, with a focus on:

⭐ Jumps

⭐ Learning how to perform a competitive All Star routine

Due to choreography for our competitive teams, there will be NO team practices or recreational tumbling classes the rest of the week.

⚽️ Today’s Festivities at On Cue! 🍔🍻

The action starts at 3:00 PM as the FIFA World Cup Semifinals kick off with an epic showdown between 🇫🇷 France vs. 🇪🇸 Spain! Grab your favorite seat, an ice-cold drink, and catch every minute of the match with us!

Then from 5:00–9:00 PM, we’re proud to host an Appalachian Athletics Team Takeover Fundraiser! ❤️

Come enjoy a great meal while supporting an incredible local organization. A portion of the evening will help benefit Appalachian Athletics, so every burger, wing, and drink helps make a difference!

Ready to build new skills this fall? Registration for our Fall Tumbling Session opens tomorrow!

📅 Session Dates: Mondays, September 14 – November 30

🤸 Class Schedule:
✨ Beginner Tumbling: 5:00–6:00 PM
✨ Level 2 & 3 Tumbling: 5:00–6:00 PM
✨ Level 1 Tumbling: 6:00–7:00 PM

💜 Tuition $85 per month

🔥 PRECISION TUMBLING CLINICS ARE ALMOST HERE! 🔥

We’re excited to welcome Precision Tumbling to Appalachian Athletics on July 12th! They work with gyms all over the country helping athletes build strong technique, confidence, and cleaner skills—and they’re coming to work with athletes from our gym and the surrounding area!

We still have a few spots available in our clinics, so don’t wait to register!

• Level 1 Tumble (including Back Walkovers) — 9:00–10:00 AM — $55
• Back Handsprings — 10:00–11:00 AM — $55

Due to the extreme heat, the gym will be closed tonight and tomorrow for the safety of our athletes, families, and staff.

We hope everyone enjoys a safe and restful break—stay cool and stay hydrated! 💜
