OutKast Wrestling Club is a year-round youth wrestling and training program targeted at the Northern Shenandoah Valley, including Front Royal, Wi******er, Stephens City and Strasburg. Our focus is to teach area youth the fundamentals of wrestling and to provide an avenue for them to develop their skills while also providing them competitive opportunities at local, state and national levels. While
wrestling is an individual sport, it is built upon the foundation of a team of athletes who join together to push each other toward the goal of improvement. It teaches children that even though this sport is driven on individual goals those goals cannot be met without the help from good partners and a good support system, both in and out of the room. We strive to teach young men and women that if you want things in life you have to work hard to achieve them. Building confidence through athletics, learning to help others, developing a sense of public service, and building lifetime bonds with peers is our goal. We have an experienced coaching staff who have coached local youth wrestlers for the past 7 years and have over 34 years of involvement in youth and high school wrestling. Also on the staff are national youth team coaches and a state team coordinator for the elementary school and middle school age groups.
