We pre-ran the River to Ridge course this past week. It’s a lot of fun. Come out on October 3rd and experience the river and trails at Shenandoah River State Park and Downriver Canoe Company. We have some great events to follow today. The Ocean State Crossing paddle kicked off at 6:30 EST and featured all types of craft hitting the open waters of Rhode Island. Just starting at 06:00 MST is the iconic Leadville 100 MTB race. We’re tracking the pro and elite divisions as they knock out the miles and elevation. And on day four of his long AT journey, John Kelly is almost through the mountains of Maine and set to start tackling Vermont on his SoBo AT FKT.

Earlier this week, John Kelly hit the AT once again to take on the FKT. This time he is heading southbound and is currently tackling the mountains of Maine. We tracked John's attempt last year and watched him crush the route up until the last few hundred miles where he had to finish his run early.
