A Chapter Comes to a Close at InnerSight Yoga ❤️

At the end of this year, I will be closing the doors of InnerSight Yoga.

I built this studio during Covid because, like so many of us, I needed connection. I needed people, community, and a place where we could come together and feel a little more grounded in a world that felt so uncertain.

What started as a need for connection became something so much bigger. Teaching Hot Vinyasa has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I have loved sharing this practice with all of you, sweating alongside you, moving through breath, and creating a space where we could show up exactly as we are.

The truth is, I haven’t been able to give the studio as much time and energy as I’ve always wished I could. And as much as I love teaching, I feel called to spend more time with family and my own personal growth.

Yoga has been so much more than exercise for me. It has been my grounding, my healing, and, at times, my survival. It has carried me through seasons of life when I needed it most. It is a practice I will never stop, even as this chapter comes to an end.

My hope is that each of you who has ever stepped onto your mat with me will continue to practice as often as you can. Keep moving. Keep breathing. Keep making time for yourself. Keep showing up, even on the days when it’s hard. You never know how much you might need your practice until you need it.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of InnerSight Yoga. Thank you for your energy, your trust, your willingness to challenge yourselves, and for allowing me to be part of your yoga journey.

The studio may be closing, but my practice isn’t. And I hope yours continues, too.

All my Yogis out there come take Edward’s class with me tomorrow at 5:30pm. He taught on Sunday and it was wonderful. I asked him to teach so that I could enjoy his class again!
