EliteRunning.US is a collection of distance runners, triathletes, and HS T&F/XC teams from across the U.S. and Canada training privately under various arrangements with Lyle Knudson; receiving workouts and advice via email/phone/software/DVD's. Participating athletes and teams include females & males, ranging in age from 9 to 50+, development levels from beginners to "elite in their respective age/event groups".
