Kuchipudi Kalakshetra, a dance school in North Texas, has been shaping dancers of all ages since 1996. Focused on promoting cultural awareness about Indian classical dance through the Kuchipudi style, the school has been organizing several performances, productions and workshops over the years. It is one of the earliest Kuchipudi-only schools in Texas, encouraging children and adults alike from all backgrounds to study the ancient art form.

With the blessings of God and our Gurus, I am very happy and honored to share that Kuchipudi Kalakshetra will be presenting its 50th Rangapravesam on August 16th at the Irving Arts Center.

This is a very special milestone for all of us, and I am deeply grateful for the love, support, and blessings we have received throughout this journey.

We successfully concluded our Kuchipudi Kalakshetra Summer Workshop with Guru Sri Hari Ram Murthy Garu, along with his talented assistant Mr. Subbaraju.

It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn the finer nuances of Kuchipudi from such experienced artists. Throughout the workshop, the children immersed themselves in learning, refining their technique, and gaining valuable insights into this beautiful classical art form.

The workshop concluded with a special student presentation at our studio, where every participant had the opportunity to perform and showcase what they had learned. The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are already looking forward to next year's workshop!

It was truly a unique and enriching learning experience that will remain a cherished milestone in their artistic journey.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Guru Sri Hari Ram Murthy Garu, Mr. Subbaraju, for their inspiring guidance and dedication. We also sincerely thank all the parents for their continued support and encouragement.🙏
