✅Great with kids — patient, engaging, encouraging, and able to connect with young players
✅Passionate about the game— someone who genuinely loves being in and around the game
✅Hardworking & dependable — prepared, punctual, consistent, and willing to put in the work
✅Detail-oriented — understands that the small details make a BIG difference in player development
✅Experienced in the game — a competitive playing background is strongly preferred
✅A willing learner — open to feedback, new ideas, and continued growth as a coach
✅Development-driven — values long-term player growth over simply running drills
✅Positive & professional — represents SSF the right way on and off the field
