I wanted to remind yall that we will again be providing Middle/High School athlete performance classes this summer. If you plan on having your kiddos attend I need you to respond to this email or text me so I can put y’all down for planning purposes. Any questions please let me know.

When: Mondays and Wednesdays 1:15-2:15pm

Session 1- June 1st thru June 29th

OFF- June 30-July 5th

Session 2- July 6th thru July 29th

Where: NFX of course

For Who: Serious MS/HS athletes 13+

How Much: $160 per session or $20 per class. There will be a 10% discount for siblings for full sessions purchased

Every Memorial Day, NFX gathers and perfroms MURPH. This year like others in the past we will run heats at 7,8, and 9am. These will be the only class times. The heat which you choose will start promptly so arrive 15 mins early so you can warmup.

Murphy was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005, during Operation Red Wings. He was later awarded the Medal of Honor for his courage and selflessness in combat.

The workout Murph was one of his favorites.

Originally called Body Armor, it became a CrossFit Hero workout in 2005 and has since become one of the most meaningful traditions in the CrossFit community.

Come Support Coach Huck & Meet Frisco Mayoral Candidate Rod Vilhauer

If you know Coach Huck, then you know exactly why we’re excited about this.

For more than 10 years, Huck has been one of the hearts of NFX — encouraging people, making everyone feel welcome, celebrating wins big and small, and genuinely caring about every person who walks through our doors. He’s become family to so many of us.

This Saturday, May 16th from 4–6 PM, we’d love for you to come out and meet someone very special to Huck and his family: Frisco mayoral candidate Rod Vilhauer, Huck’s father-in-law.
We’ll have refreshments, light snacks, and a chance to hear Rod share his vision for Frisco and why this upcoming election is so important for the future of our city. More importantly, it’ll be an opportunity to spend time together as a community, ask questions, and support one of our own.

This invitation is especially for those of you who call Frisco home — and for your family and friends who do as well.
Runoff early voting begins June 1st and runs through June 9th, with Election Day on June 13th. Local elections often come down to incredibly small margins, meaning every vote truly matters.

Coach Huck, KK, and myself will all be there to welcome everyone, and we’d love to see you there — even if you can only stop by for a little while.
