PILATES X STRENGTH TRAINING COLLIDE💥💥💥

Two brand new classes launched at the Legacy Drive studio this week➡️ 30-minute and 45-minute STRENGTH format combining the Pilates chair, kettlebells, resistance bands, and — newly added DUMBBELLS💪

30-minute classes are noted on the scheduled as Upper Body or Lower Body focus. 45-minute classes are a Full Body workout.

Whether you’re completely new to Strength Training or ready to level up your BEYOND routine, our inspiring instructor team will coach you with the modifications and challenges you need for success! Bring your energy & your sneakers to class🔥
