Hey friends, can I be real with you for a second?

The last few months have been a season of redefining — not just what we’re building, but how I want to show up in this space.

I’ve been rebuilding…
Personally, professionally, spiritually.
And one of the biggest shifts? I’ve stepped back into leading a real estate team again.

It wasn’t part of the original plan but it’s become a big part of the path. Coaching agents and walking this journey with them in the trenches has reminded me why I started this in the first place.

We’ve also been rebuilding Defined Coaching .... making it more focused, more intentional, and truly built around what agents need in today’s market. Whether you’re scaling, surviving, or somewhere in between… we’re building something that speaks to real life, real business!

You’ll see more of it soon. But right now, I just want to reconnect.
