Continuing to educate ourselves is the best way we can show up for our clients❤️

Knowledge of the pelvic floor is not only incredibly important, but it needs to be talked about more without shame or embarrassment.

There is so much more to the pelvic floor and core muscles than doing one or two exercises and dysfunction/weakness in either can lead to long term discomfort/injuries. The good news is that there are exercises and breathing practices we can implement to improve our outcomes from a training perspective! While we cannot replace pelvic floor physical therapy or physical therapy, this workshop helped build an even stronger foundation for us to better help our clients through all phases of life!

Extending a huge thank you to for leading us through this amazing workshop! Your knowledge and dedication to women’s health is helping so many women. We’re grateful to bring your expertise and strategies into our studio❤️
