The Fort Strength & Fitness Welcome to The Fort Strength & Fitness located in Frisco, NC! We welcome all fitness levels!! We offer a variety of memberships to fit your individual needs.

Our facility is approximately 80% free weight coupled with machines including cardio options to help maximize your workout. Gym access is available 5am - 10pm daily. If you have any questions please call/text, 252-305-9899.
