You can’t deliver the most epic kickboxing classes without epic coaches! KickHouse coaches are the lifeblood of the KickHouse experience. Coaches are responsible for learning the KickHouse class scaffolding and then designing their own unique class outlines. Every KickHouse class is different so coaches are encouraged to pursue continuing education within the fitness space to consistently deliver a unique and current class experience. KickHouse students get the best results when coaches bring their best to the mat for every class.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide instruction for group classes as scheduled and in line with KickHouse Academy standards
- Write class plans within the KickHouse Academy scaffolding
- Lead semi-private training sessions or personal training sessions as needed
- Must be skilled at proper and safe form for exercises used during each class to ensure a safe yet creative group experience
- Must arrive at a set time prior to the beginning of each scheduled class or private/semi-private session
- Participate in local marketing events and studio promotions to drive the business
- Stay up to date with, and implement KickHouse education standards at all times
- Operate with honesty and integrity
- Any other duties as assigned
