Hello Friends,

Over the last few weeks, a lot has changed. Between a new schedule, new opportunities, and some exciting projects in the works, I've realized I need to give myself a little space to rest and recharge before diving fully into everything.

Because of that, I'll be taking a break from Wellness Wednesday for the month of June. I'll be traveling quite a bit, and it will be tough to keep up with the longer videos while I'm on the road.

That said, I'll do my best to film some new stretches and movement ideas along the way so we can jump back in fresh when July rolls around.

As always, thank you for meeting me on the mat each week. I appreciate every like, comment, share, and stretch we've shared together.

Important Schedule Update

For anyone who may have missed last week's announcement, my time at Blue Anjou is coming to a close after five incredible years.

I've shared more details in a previous post, but I wanted to make sure everyone knew that my remaining classes and events are coming up quickly.

To everyone who's practiced, learned, laughed, breathed, and grown with me over the years, thank you. These last few classes are going to be very special, and I'd love to see some familiar faces before I begin this next chapter.

I'll be continuing to teach and taking on management responsibilities at Honor Yoga Plano, so this isn't goodbye, just a new adventure!

Happy Wellness Wednesday!

Today we slow down, relax, build strength, and find balance through Yin and Yang energy.

Yoga teaches us how to hold space for both.

Take a little time for yourself today. Breathe deeper, move slower, and reconnect with your mind and body.

Please remember to listen to your body, move mindfully, and never stretch past your personal limits. Honor where you are today.

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE UPDATE

After 5 amazing years of growth, learning, training, and teaching at Blue Anjou, it’s time for me to move forward into a new chapter.

Over the weekend, I made the difficult decision to put in my two weeks notice at Blue Anjou in Lewisville. I know this may come as a surprise to many students and friends I’ve grown close with over the years, but I promise this was not an easy decision.

My final classes at Blue Anjou will be:

• Yin and Tea — 5.26 + 6.02
• Afternoon Hatha — 6.01
• Yin + Meditation — 6.01

My final sound event there will be:
• June 6 — Woven in Sound: An Immersive Harp + Sound Journey

I truly hope all of you can join me for these final classes and events. So many of you have helped shape and inspire me as both a teacher and a person, and I would love the chance to share my gratitude with all of you over these next couple weeks.

One thing yoga has taught me is that this isn’t goodbye… it’s just a gentle pause until our paths cross again.

Moving forward, I’ll be taking on some management responsibilities at Honor Yoga Plano. Some of you know this is an opportunity I’ve wanted for a long time, and I feel ready to give this next chapter my full attention.

East Coast friends!!!

I’m really excited to officially announce that I’ll be bringing the Simplistic Yogi 25-hour Sound Healing Certification to New Jersey this October at

Official Dates:
• Reiki + Sound Bath Community Event — Oct 22
• 25hr Sound Healing Training — Oct 23–26

If you’ve been curious about sound healing or wanting to deepen your understanding of sound, vibration, meditation, and space holding, this is going to be a beautiful beginner-friendly training.

We’ll explore how to create safe and supportive environments through sound while learning practical tools you can bring into personal practice, yoga classes, meditation spaces,
and community events.

Whether you’re completely new to sound healing or looking to grow your confidence and knowledge, this training was designed to be approachable, grounded, and hands-on.

Space is limited, so if you’re interested make sure to register early.
