Pre-season is in full swing with another night of Positionals at RVC.  Athletes are in the first night of their second skill rotation.  At RVC, our philosophy is for Athletes to learn multiple positions in order to be versatile and to appreciate the effort their teammates put into their positions.  It all starts with taking a little bit of extra time to reinforce a solid foundation for each position, including footwork for setting, blocking, defense and hitting and precision on passing, strategic ball placement and hitting.
