It was an honor to have Coach in the building today! If you are a serious VB player, coach, club director, parent etc, do yourself a favor and follow him!

Coach Anthony is one of the best minds in our industry. He is dedicated to developing his athletes at the highest level possible. is lucky to have him!

We love our Volleyball Performance Training program.

In the private sector, it is a never ending puzzle trying to accommodate every athlete. We’ve created a program specific to volleyball players for several reasons. One major reason was because we understand the demanding, year round schedule for VB players. While we don’t agree with the current landscape of the year round schedule, we appreciate the athletes, parents, and coaches that make time to put time in off of the court.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between the club level and the collegiate level. Performance training and strength & conditioning is a must. We are proud of our girls that put the time in to work, learn, and grow in our program.
