This weekend we had a great afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and play! 💛

Our Back To School family yoga class gave us a chance to slow down and set an intention for the year ahead. We created intention posters to take home, practiced breath work, moved through yoga poses, and wrapped it all up with some fun yoga games. ✨

Here’s to a school year filled with courage, kindness, confidence, curiosity, and lots of joy! 📚💫

Please join us in welcoming our newest teacher to the Sundance schedule on Tuesday evenings!
James embraces both the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga and believes yoga can help channel healing energy through the body. A recreational runner and vegetarian, James has seen how a regular yoga practice can support fitness goals and improve quality of life. His classes (and personal practice) combine meditation with functional strength training, with an emphasis on core strength.
Join James for Beginner Movement and Mediation on Tuesday evening and be on the lookout for upcoming additions to our weekly schedule!
