Hello Coaches!
It’s almost that time!
A few new things we need to do with the website.
You will have two pages to look at – the 2016 web page and the 2017 webpage.
Why do you need to look at 2016?
Because that is where you will find your transaction fees.

From the top menu bar, go to ReportsFranchise Accounting • Transaction fees are listed by team and in the bottom left hand area you will see a total. This is what you owe on draft day along with the $55 fee
• You will see a $55 credit on each team that says “2016 fees paid at draft”
• I thought about using LeagueSafe to collect fees, but I can’t figure it out
• This is all you need to with the 2016 page.
• Do not make any changes in 2016 here – I’ve opened the 2017 webpage and any changes made on the 2016 page will not transfer over. It’s done. Fineto!

You will need to log in the upper right hand corner. There is also a link from the 2016 page to the 2017 page in the message area – looks like this:
Your rosters have been carried over here.
I have set the Keeper selection dates starting today, 8/04/17 @ 7:00 am through next Thursday night, 8/10/17 @ 11:59 pm.
Now about the Keeper selection -- there is not a separate feature for the Taxi Squad, so I had to allow for a maximum to account for those roster spots as well. I am trusting that you will follow the rules of how many you can keep on your Active Roster and your Taxi Squad (it’s the years here).
To make those selections, from the 2017 page to menu bar, go to ReportsFranchiseKeepers.
• Your roster will pop up and all you have to do is check the box next to the players you want to keep and hit Select Keepers at the bottom of the page
• ACTIVE ROSTER - You can keep a starting lineup and 1 additional position player for a total of 8 – all defenses go back in the pool
• TAXI SQUAD - We had a change last year to cut down the amount of years you can keep a rookie on your taxi squad from 4 years to 3 years
* I will not be producing any paper rosters this year since
everything is on the website
* You will need to click into your taxi squad members from
your Keeper page to see how many years of experience
your taxi squad members have – anyone with a 3 you need
to either move up to your Active roster or release into the
free agent group (waivers)
-- This means from last year Active Roster you will have
to keep one less
-- Go into your Taxi Squad and promote the player to your
Active Roster – From the top Menu bar, For
Owner-->Taxi Squad, and then your normal process
• I will recheck everyone’s rosters selections on Friday the 11th no later than 8:00 pm
DRAFT DAY!
Draft is set for Sunday, 8/20/17 in or near Apple Valley– I will let you know the place and time – Becky is our gracious host this year – Thanks Becky!
