Great to see longtime Metroflex Gym member back in the gym today. Dante returns to action tonight at the Target Center in the AEW Wednesday Dynamite Show after a long rehab from his devastating leg injury. Him and the F'N Machine AEW Superstar came in for their workouts today, and yes, Cage is a F'N Machine. Tune in tonight on TBS.

Metroflex Gym Fridley would like to extend a Happy Thanksgiving to one and all. Let us remember that this day is for Giving Thanks. We all have so much to be thankful for, even in times of stress and the burdens of life itself, take a step back, where we live in this world, the abundance of foods we are blessed to eat, the freedom we have to make choices, the list goes on and on. Grateful for my close friends and family, may you all be blessed even further in this day of thanks.

May you all have a great Memorial Day, remembering to please stop and give a moment of reflection and thanks to all who have served and gave the ultimate sacrifice so you can have this 3 day weekend. I hesitate to ever say Happy Memorial Day, it's not a happy holiday, but it's certainly a celebration, a celebration of heroes. My Father pictured here in either Saipan or Okinawa, WW11, was fortunate he lived through so many battles in the war, so many of his friends did not. My Father, my Hero.
