Our mission is to provide the highest caliber, most professional instruction on San Juan Island. We specialize in programs that create leaner, stronger, more flexible and well balanced bodies. We are fully qualified to assist your physical therapist and other specialists with a rehabilitation program through corrective exercise therapy. The Studio offers individual and semi-private sessions in the Pilates method plus a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes.

We’re growing 💫 After expanding our space, we finally have the room to thoughtfully invite new instructors into The Studio community 🥳

For the past 13 years, we’ve built something incredibly special here on San Juan Island - a place rooted in quality movement instruction, wellness, connection, and care. What began as a dream has grown into a true community institution, and we’re just getting started!

We are looking for instructors who genuinely want to be here. People with strong work ethic, integrity, warmth, and a deep desire to help others feel strong, joyful, connected, and supported in their bodies 🤍

Ideally, you:
✨ have 5+ years of teaching experience
✨ are comprehensively certified in Pilates and/or the GYROTONIC® method
✨ value continuing education and evolving your craft
✨ love being part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team
✨ believe movement can truly change lives

That said…if you are earlier in your journey but deeply aligned with our vision, we are also open to mentoring and helping exceptional humans grow into highly skilled instructors alongside us 🫶

We are also welcoming guest instructors who may want to live on San Juan Island (the most gorgeous place on earth) seasonally or for a month or longer!

The demand for private sessions in our community has always exceeded our availability, which is an incredible gift. Now, with our expanded space, we are ready to grow our team in a beautiful, intentional way.

The Studio is more than a workplace. It is a vehicle for wellness, creativity, peace, connection, and transformation. A place where people come to feel nurtured, empowered, and at home. We trust the right people will naturally find us 🥹
