💥 Youth Summer Programs at Island Strength + Movement 💥
We’re expanding our Youth Strength & Agility classes to M/W/F at 3 PM this summer — plus offering TWO Summer Athlete Development Camps!
Get your kids off screens and into an environment that builds strength, speed, confidence, and athletic performance. 💪
Our Co-Ed Athlete Development Camps are designed for athletes ages 10+ of all ability levels — whether they’re new to training or already competing in sports.
Athletes will train both on the field and in the gym to improve:
⚡ Speed & agility
⚡ Sprint mechanics
⚡ Strength & power
⚡ Vertical jump
⚡ Coordination & change of direction
⚡ Proper lifting technique
⚡ Confidence, discipline & teamwork
Each athlete will complete baseline testing and retest at the end of camp to measure progress and performance improvements.
