Due to a lack of participation, we have been forced to cancel this year's alumni game. Unfortunately we didn't meet the minimum quota for t-shirts and hats also. So we will not be placing an order either. Sorry to those who planned on playing this weekend. We'll try again next year.

Tuesday evening is the absolute deadline to order hats and shirts. Anyone that is planning on playing, please RSVP. If we don't get more players, we will have to cancel the game.

Remember, this is a fundraiser, so we're asking participants for a $25 dollar donation to the program (some of which will cover the food cost). Hats ($20) and shirts ($15) are available through PRE-ORDER ONLY. It's the same hat as last year, but the shirt is completely different. New this year: "Future Alumni" shirts for kids (details to follow). Again, pre-order only. Email ([email protected]) or text (397-3333) Mike with pre-order quantities and sizes. *Very important* PLEASE RSVP UNDER THE “EVENT” TAB. We need to have an accurate count to plan for food.

Frewsburg Baseball gave all of us many great memories. Now, its time to give back. Our second annual fundraiser Alumni Game will be held Saturday, July 14 at 11 a.m. on the Varsity Baseball Field (behind the elementary school). Proceeds will benefit the current Varsity Baseball Program. We'll play Alumni vs. Alumni in a 7 inning scrimmage. A picnic-style lunch will be served during the game. Friends, fans and families are very much welcome. Be sure to bring old articles, photos, and memories so we can reminisce. So, start stretching now and get your arm loose. Any volunteers to put on the catcher’s gear this year?

Hey guys its crunch time. The alumni game is a go for July 14. We're still trying to nail down our fundraising. We're tossing around the idea of having a golf tournament on Friday, July 13 @ 1:00. Dinner would follow. We need some feedback though. Are guys willing to take off work to play? Our other option is to have the tourney in fall. Please share this post and refer any anlumni to this page. We need to figure out if there's enough participation in the next couple days. Thanks.

2nd Annual alumni game will be Sat. July 14. Please spread the word and invite people to this page. Let's see how many players we can get this year. Also, looking for ideas on fundraising and open to suggestions about the format this year. Any thoughts?

Yesterday's Alumni Game was a success and raised $300 for Coach Jay Grann and the Bears baseball team. Thanks to Jay for getting the field ready for us. With support like this, the Alumni game will be an annual event that will getter bigger and better each year. So keep the date open for next year. It will be on Sat. morning of Gala Days weekend. Can't wait!

Wow! Awesome time yesterday! It was great to get back on the field and play with everyone again. Big thanks to all the guys that played, all the wives, kids and parents that cheered us on. Special thanks to Jeff, Seth and Justin for putting on the catcher's gear. Also, congrats to Seth for winning HR Derby.
