Desiree Holland has been a Fitness Professional since 2012. She first began her fitness journey as a Zumba Student which ignited her passion for health, fitness, people, and the community it creates. She is now certified in Zumba, POUND, R.I.P.P.E.D and is a Master Trainer, Presenter, and choreographer for MUVZ Fitness. For her, becoming an educator to educators has been an experience beyond measu

re. She also served as a Regional Group Exercise Manager for Fitness Evolution Health Clubs. She values being an empathetic fitness professional above all and believes that building a community in love, and living a happy, fruitful, and meaningful life is key. Her motto: “Always stay humble and kind, and strive to be the best version of yourself everyday”

Hi there Everyone! Hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving! How about a "Fitsgiving" Treat to help burn those Holiday Calories. We have opened up group classes at participating locations to help you Burn before and after the Holiday Celebration. Invite all your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, and random people you meet when you are buying that pumpkin pie to check out one of our awesome classes! Even if you aren't a member yet!
