Meet Megababe Sara! From bunsen burners by day to burning buns by night, this junior high science teacher is excited to bring her love of Lagree and fitness to you! She loves the controlled and form focused movements of Lagree and the shake that only this workout can bring.
When she hangs up her lab coat and puts on her leggings and the mic, you can expect to feel welcome and encouraged! Sara wants you to push yourself, have fun, and embrace the intensity of Lagree!

Meet Megababe Samantha! She has always had a passion for working out. From strength training to marathon running, she thought she had pushed her body to its limits - then she found Lagree!! When we asked Samantha about why she loves Lagree, she said, “After my first class on the Megaformer, I knew I was going to be hooked. The slow movements and time under tension challenged my body like no other and gave me the results that kept me coming back for more🙌. I come to each class excited to push myself to get stronger and I can’t wait to help others build their strength too!”

Meet Megababe Makenna!! She is an upbeat fitness instructor who loves to take and teach a challenging workout! When we asked Makenna why she loves Lagree, she told us, “I have never taken a workout that connects me to my body quite like Lagree! It’s humbling and challenging, yet the reward of every class is felt almost instantly. My form, mind-muscle connection, and overall body awareness has drastically improved since starting Lagree - and my core has NEVER been this strong! A bonus to Lagree is the mental clarity - forcing myself to slow down and be present on the Megaformer has helped me to do so in other areas of my life!”
In Makenna’s class, her goal is to teach you how to be intentional while moving your body! You’ll see lots of shaking and sweating as you go SLOW through each exercise and focus on proper form. You can also expect to feel (and see) muscles you may never have before!

Originally from Germany, Laureen made sunny California her home in 2020. Tired of the wait times at crowded gyms, she found a great alternative when LVL opened in Fresno and quickly got addicted to the method. Now she’s on the Megaformer 4–5 times a week, balancing her passion for Lagree with her full-time job as a Business Development Manager. When she’s not on the Megaformer or at work, Laureen loves being outdoors - whether that’s hiking, traveling, or taking her pup out for a walk.

Get ready to shake! Laureen believes Lagree is just as much a mental game as a physical one. She’s here to push you to your limits, help you discover your strength and leave you walking out of class feeling stronger!
