Every belt tells a story.

Not just of techniques learned, but of early mornings, late nights, setbacks, victories, consistency, and the decision to keep showing up.

Today we celebrated another step forward for our students. Every promotion was earned through hard work, discipline, and countless hours on the mats.

To everyone who was promoted; congratulations. Your coaches are proud of you, your teammates are proud of you, and we’re excited to see where your journey leads next.

Thank you to all the families, friends, and teammates who came out to support them. Days like today are a reminder that jiu-jitsu is bigger than belts. It’s about the people who help us grow along the way.

250 years of freedom. 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the nation that gives us the freedom to pursue excellence, build strong communities, worship freely, and step on the mats together.

Thank you to every man and woman who has served, sacrificed, and continues to protect those freedoms. We don’t take them for granted.

Above is just a small group of the few that came to celebrate with us. We had an awesome turnout for our Freedom Rolls this morning. Thank you to everyone who spent part of your Independence Day with the Superior family.

Happy 250th Birthday, America.

🇺🇸 This Saturday we’re celebrating Independence Day the best way we know how.

Join us for Open Mat from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Whether you’re a Superior member, a friend of the academy, or just looking to get some great rounds in, we’d love to have you on the mats.

✝️ Men’s Group will still meet at its normal 8:00 AM time.

The academy will close at 12:00 PM so everyone can get home and enjoy the holiday with family and friends.
