I had so much fun today helping a local non-profit learn more about their individual and team strengths. Great conversations, insights, and moving stories were shared.

It’s vital to invest in development, and I always appreciate the leaders who understand this and prioritize the time in busy schedules to make it happen.

It makes me so happy that he still likes hanging out with me (or at least pretends he does)!

Tonight, we’re watching Dune II. Sunday, we tied for the family bragging rights on most Oscar wins guessed correctly.

It’s my daughter’s birthday today. She’s working a long shift so I stopped in and it warmed my heart to see that they are making sure she’s feeling the love. 💕
