Meet Juan Lopez, one of our 2026 Two Cities Marathon ambassadors!🏃‍♂️🎉

We asked Juan why he’s excited to be a 2CM Ambassador: “Two Cities half marathon was my first official race. It introduced me to what community is all about on a bigger scale. I’m extremely excited for this opportunity to connect, impact and show my prospective heading into race day in November.”

Meet Carlanda Miller, one of our 2026 Two Cities Marathon ambassadors!🏃‍♀️🎉

We asked Carlanda why she’s excited to be a 2CM Ambassador: “I’m excited to be a Two Cities Marathon ambassador because running has become such an important part of my journey, both mentally and physically. I love being able to represent a race that brings our community together and encourages people of all levels to challenge themselves and try something new. I also love inspiring others to believe that they can do hard things too.”

Meet Erika Sanchez-Vasquez, one of our 2026 Two Cities Marathon ambassadors!🏃‍♀️🎉

We asked Erika why she’s excited to be a 2CM Ambassador: “I’m excited to be a 2CM ambassador because running has become such an important part of my journey not just physically, but mentally too. As a homeschool mom, caregiver, and special needs parent, life can be really full, and running has reminded me that taking care of myself matters too. I love sharing the real side of balancing motherhood, fitness, and everyday life, and I’m excited to inspire other moms and caregivers to chase goals that may feel impossible or put on hold.”

We asked Fernando why he’s excited to be a 2CM Ambassador: “I am excited to be an ambassador because it is an opportunity to inspire and motivate other people around me to start running and sign up for their first race or next race.”

Meet Angela Floyd, one of our 2026 Two Cities Marathon ambassadors!🏃‍♀️🎉

We asked Angela why she’s excited to be a 2CM Ambassador: “Two Cities was actually my first half marathon ever, so this race really means a lot to me. It’s the race that made me fall in love with races and helped me really step into identifying as a real runner. Since it’s local, it feels even more special, but I’m especially excited because I’ll be running my first full marathon, and getting to do it at the race that started everything just feels really full circle.”

Meet Josh Hawley, one of our returning Two Cities Marathon ambassadors for 2026! 🏃‍♂️🎉

“My name is Josh Hawley and I’m thankful for Chris, my wife of 30 years (college sweethearts) and our sons Noah, Sam and Gabe. I’m a Fresno native and serve as a Campus Pastor at The Well Community Church.

One core memory I have from 2CM is hearing the cheers of family and friends as I completed my first marathon ever in 2021. This includes my dad who was still alive at the time.”

Meet Jessica Harrington, one of our returning Two Cities Marathon ambassadors for 2026! 🏃‍♀️🎉

“Hi! I’m Jessica. I’m a storyteller by day, runner and dog mom by night. I enjoy meeting people and taking part in the many events the Central Valley has to offer. The Two Cities Marathon is one of my favorites. I started my running journey back in 2018 after a friend encouraged me to take part in a race. Since then, I’ve chased down marathons, half marathons and countless 10K and 5Ks. When I’m not on a run or telling stories you can find me enjoying live music, grabbing chips and salsa at a local Mexican restaurant or hanging out with my rottweilers. This year I’ll be running the half marathon and chasing down a PR that I didn’t quite reach last year.”
