When it comes to achieving your goals...

Baby steps are important.

Once you have a vision or your goal in your mind, you need to create a plan on how you're going to reach those goals.

It's easy to get excited and set some crazy steps for how you're going to reach your goals.

If our steps are too steep, we can get stuck.

And when we get stuck, we stop believing that we can accomplish our dreams. We start doubting everything.

It's important that we create small, manageable steps so that we can gain momentum and raise our vibration, all while getting closer to accomplishing our dreams.

Let's say your goal is to get back into shape.

Instead of your first goal being "Go to the gym 7 days a week."

We need to make it more manageable with something like "Go to the gym 3 days a week."

OR

Maybe you need something even smaller like "Sign up for a gym membership."

Or "Getting dressed and go to the gym...but don't actually work out yet."

The thing about these baby steps is that everyone is different.

The steps that work for one person, might not work for you.

Some people struggle with the idea behind the Law of Attraction.

Mainly because it's an idea and it's not tangible.
It's not easy to see.

But you CAN see it in action.

We just get so focused that we miss being able to see it in action.

I see people post on Facebook and their posts are ALWAYS negative.

They complain about politics.
They complain about their husbands.
They complain about their jobs.

I see these posts and I can "predict" what's going to happen next.

BOOM!

They're posting that they're sick with a cold.

When I see these posts, I just want to help them realize that their words have POWER.

You get exactly what you focus on.

When you only focus on the negative things in your life, you're going to be rewarded with more negativity.

If you want to get ahead in life, do this one thing.

Show gratitude for what you have.

Every day, take a few minutes to write down three things you're grateful for.

You can write in your journal...a sticky note...you can even write it as a Facebook post.

It doesn't matter how you write it, it just needs to be put out into the universe.

I love doing this first thing in the morning so that you're starting your day in a good mental state.

When you raise your mental state (or your vibration) this way, you're going to attract more things that add to that positive vibration.

I get this question all the time.

"How do I know the Law of Attraction is working?"

Because the Law of Attraction isn't tangible, it can be hard to know if it's working or not.

I get it.

Here's some ways you can tell if the Law of Attraction is working for you.

Do you ever have a goal you're working toward and everything just seems to be falling into place?

Maybe you've been dreaming of a new car and you start seeing that type of car everywhere you go.

Have you ever felt a buzz of energy? Or feeling happier than normal?

These are all signs that the universe is about to give you something incredible!

On the flip side though....

You can also attract negativity if you're living in a negative state.

Y'know...the bad days where EVERYTHING seems to be going wrong.

The days where you're late for work and stressed out.
You walk outside and see that you have a flat tire.
Then you're late for work.
And your boss yells at you.

These are ALSO signs that the Law of Attraction is working too.

Because...

One thing that every successful person has is...

A vision.

An imaginative plan for the future.
A dream.
A goal.
A purpose.

When you listen to successful people tell their story, they will say something like...

"I always knew..."

They KNEW they were going to be a doctor.
They KNEW they were going to be a mother.
They KNEW they were going to be a millionaire.

They had a goal.

They imagine themselves living that goal as if it were in real time.

They did something every single day to get themselves closer to that goal.

A vision board is a great way to bring your dreams to life.

Picture your dream in your mind's eye.

What do you see?
What do you feel?
What do you smell?
Who's with you?

Find pictures that represent ALL of those things ☝️ and put them on a poster board or even your refrigerator.

It doesn't matter where you put them really, as long as it's somewhere you can see it multiple times a day.

One of my clients was craving a more peaceful, stable, and rhythmic life with her business.
She put peaceful pictures and these light teal and purple watercolor photos on her vision board.

It wasn't until a year later when she was taking her vision board down to replace it with her new one that she realized what had happened.

Not only had she created that peaceful and stable business, but it was also her best year in business.

AND the best part is that she realized the new logo she had rebranded with a few months before....matched the teal and purple watercolors that were on her vision board.

This all happened almost subconsciously.

Because...

One thing you should NEVER do is....

Doubt yourself.

When you say things like:
"I could NEVER do that."
"I'm too old to do this."
"My goals aren't realistic."

You're telling yourself that you can't change your life.
That you're stuck like this forever.

When in reality, YOU are the ONLY person that can change your life.

I know it can seem scary to chase your dreams especially if you were raised with limiting beliefs.

That's why I became a Life Coach!

Do you ever have bad days?
Y'know...the ones that just seem to snowball and get worse?

There can be days where you just seem to wake up grumpy, right?

If you don't disrupt this negative energy right then and there, your day is just going to keep getting worse.

Why?

Because misery loves company.
We get what we focus on.

So if we wake up feeling a little grumpy and say "Man, this day sucks!"...

We just purchased more negativity from the universe.

The best way to change the rest of the day is to:

Show gratitude.

Before you have the chance to start telling yourself how terrible your day is going to be....

Take a few minutes to write down what you're grateful for.

I know it can be hard to find something to be grateful for when the world feels like it's coming to an end.

You can totally be grateful for being alive that day...or for getting out of bed. That's perfectly fine!

Now, throw on some fun dance music while you get ready for your day and watch your day take a turn.
