💪Consider inviting a struggling loved one in to have an easy workout day with you. Sometimes having a low pressure workout can be a great boost to someone's mental fortitude, and companionship, just as important.
🗣However, a workout might not be the best solution for everyone! Whatever the case or trigger may be, take a step back from your day and ask your loved one if they want to be heard. For instance, at our gym we talk with clients about how we are feeling regularly, because sometimes being heard and understood is the best medicine!
💭For those who are struggling; each day is a grind in becoming a better you and preserving your well being. There WILL be struggles along the way, however, understand you are not alone and there are people who can help. Life can be difficult and this is when you should ask and take some assistance. Sometimes you need a spotter in life, just like you need a spotter in the gym, it can help ease some of the stress and keep things in control. Find your spotter...
NOT BEING OKAY, IS OKAY.
