Let’s talk about CARB-PHOBIA!

🔸Even if your goal is fat loss, you can absolutely shed body fat while consuming carbs.

🔶There’s no need to be afraid of white rice 🍚 or even some fruit 🍎 .
In fact, you may find that you enjoy your diet a lot more this way, which then allows you to maintain higher adherence, thus translating to solid results over time. 🙌🏻

🔸If you’re a carb friend like us and generally feel better on a higher carb diet, don’t cut them out! ✂️🚫

🔸You may have to scale back your usual portion sizes a bit to help reduce your calorie intake, but drastic measures are not needed.

Stop beating yourself over eating carbs!
We ❤️ them, you should too!

Hello team!
Let’s talk about FAT LOSS.

In order to successfully achieve fat loss, only a few simple elements truly matter:
🟠 CALORIE DEFICIT
(by far and above the most important - and actually, only - requirement)
⚪️ SUFFICIENT PROTEIN
(1g protein per 1lb lean body mass per day minimum as a general recommendation)
⚫️ RESISTANCE TRAINING
(to help retain as much lean body mass as possible)
🟠 SLEEP AND STRESS MANAGEMENT- and consistent adherence to all of these. 

This isn’t to say that you should eat whatever you want and food quality does not matter, as you should absolutely be prioritizing nutrient-dense foods, regardless of your goal.
And this isn’t to say you shouldn’t care about the meal frequency and nutrient timing strategy that makes you as an individual feel and perform at your best. 

Don’t split hairs and major in the fat loss minors. Channel your energies into the big rocks! 💪🏼

🏋🏻‍♀️ Each person has his own BOOTCAMP kit.
The equipment chosen with the intention to give you the full-body strength and conditioning you need to maximize your workout and includes Dumbbells, Step, B***y Bands, Core Sliders, Ankle Weights and more.

🏋️ The workouts designed according our weekly protocol which includes strength days and Core & Conditioning days. Tue, Thu, Sat & Sun are our strength days, Mon, Wed, Fri are the core & conditioning days.

🏋🏻‍♂️ All YE Trainings workouts can be modified up or down, so our high-intensity strength and cardio workouts will push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
You’ll gain discipline that helps you not just with your fitness goals but maximizes the quality of your life.

And WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER! Be part of the team! 💪🏼

We’re so excited for this one!
You know how amazing was last year, let’s do it again!I 🎉💪
This Sunday, we will have GLOW IN THE DARK BOOTCAMP 👩‍🎨🌈

The classes will be in HIIT STRENGTH STATIONS format!
(Don’t worry I know it’s a B***Y day 🍑🔥)

📝 Notes:
Bring your brightest clothes 👚👗, we will have black light on ♒️ accessories are WELCOME!🕶👑
And of course, we going to have some glow in the dark body paints for you to go CREATIVE👩‍🎨
