I should’ve known they were up to something! 😂 Full parking lot. Empty pool. Next thing I know, my whole class comes walking in wearing arm floaties. Safe to say they got me! 🤣💙 Best group ever! 🏊‍♀️

I’m so proud of every single one of them for the hard work they put in during today’s class. They always show up ready to work, have fun, and keep me laughing. Thank you all for making every class one to remember! 💪🩵

22 people this morning… a new class record! 🎉💙

I’m so proud of everyone who showed up to move their bodies today. After a fun holiday weekend, I think we were all ready to shake off a little of that holiday stress and get back into a routine.

Thank you to all 22 of you for choosing to start your morning with me. Every class is better because of your energy, encouragement, and commitment. Let’s keep the momentum going! 💦💪
