Recently, I had the opportunity to help define the four key values at my son’s school. So often I find that I feel like I know what something means but I find it hard to express. This is particularly true for values. I was really proud of how (together with some great minds) I was able to pull these definitions together in a concise and relatable way. We wanted school students and adults alike to be able to understand.

I hope you enjoy. This is the first key value … Respect. I’d be honored if you took just a moment to read and think about what respect means in your life.

My hope is that through greater awareness and exploration- we all become better versions of ourselves and a more compassionate world. 💕🙏
