Warrior MMA

Warrior MMA Mixed Martial Arts Instruction Warrior MMA is a class that covers all the areas of sport, recreational and self defense related mixed martial arts.

Each class covers some wrestling, grappling and boxing/kickboxing. The instructor, Jacob Kiefer, is an expert status black belt instructor for Rosenbach Warrior Training Branches (rwtb.org for more details). Classes are on Monday nights and start at 615pm and run until 8:00. All you need are a short sleeve shirt, workout shorts, mouth guard and protective cup. Come in and try a free week.
